Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Returned boxes must be unopened and in their original condition. Opened boxes are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to request a return

Email easternpetal@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the box or boxes you would like to return. Please wait for our return instructions before mailing anything back.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review it and help resolve it. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
